Prohibit home detention and community-based sentences for sexual offences

That the House of Representatives amend the Sentencing Act 2002 and any other relevant legislation to prohibit courts from imposing home detention or community-based sentences for all sexual offences, including contact, non-contact, and digital sexual offending.

This petition seeks to remove home detention and community-based sentences as sentencing options for sexual offences. We want this to apply to all sexual offending, including physical offences involving children or adults, physical contact, non-contact offending, and digital sexual offending.
