Allow voters to formally reject all candidates and parties on election ballots

That the House of Representatives amend electoral law to add a 'None of the Above' option to both the party vote and electorate vote on general election ballots, and require these votes to be counted and published separately.

A blank or informal vote does not clearly communicate the view that no listed party or electorate candidate represents a voter’s interests, and New Zealanders have no formal way to express this view at the ballot box. I believe a 'None of the Above' option, counted and published separately, would allow voters to register dissatisfaction without endorsing a party or candidate, and that these votes should either not be allocated seats or automatically trigger a new election.
