Review 1999 radiofrequency radiation exposure standard

That the House of Representatives urge the Government to review the standard for radiofrequency radiation exposure

Currently, the standard is held by Standards New Zealand and is behind a paywall. It is from 1999, despite changes in technology. The standards for radiofrequency (RF) exposure set limits on the rate RF can be absorbed into the body. I am concerned this is aimed solely at preventing immediate thermal effects, when there is some discussion in the scientific literature of non-thermal harm from RF. I believe people within range of new cellphone towers deserve up-to-date exposure standards.
